Dakota Blue Richards was born in England and is an English actress. She's appeared as Lyra Belaqua in 'The Golden Compass' as well as Franky Fitzgerald for the British teens' drama Skins. The actress has also been in the stage, performing in stage productions of plays such as "Arcadia" and "A Streetcar Named Desire'. Richards is from London and was raised in Sussex.
